MIDLAND, Texas, Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- TMBR/Sharp Drilling, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBDI - news) today reported net income of $1.6 million, or 33 cents per basic share (30 cents diluted), on revenues of $9.5 million for the second fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2000, compared to a loss of $248,000, or 5 cents per share, on revenues of $4.2 million for the comparable quarter of last fiscal year.

Steve. The equities have to confirm. Today would be nice<g>

Posted my concerns last night about the bearish divergence between strong Oil & NG prices while the corresponding patch equities have not performed well to say the least.

Granted we have an uncertain political situation. BUT even if Gore wins, he and his supporters are advocates of the "environmentally correct" qualities of NG. Yet the NG equities have not followed the commodity during it's current powerful rally.

We can only hope this worrisome divergence ends soon and the stocks play catch-up with the commodities in a big way.

Otherwise we have to give to consider the "R" word (as B.B. puts it) is closer at hand than most folks think...
