Aus, that is a very accurate description of both the massive market SNDK will be selling into, and the competitive threats they will see. One critical piece missing from Eric's analysis is the patented technology SNDK owns. While I have not been able to get a handle on the strength and breadth of SNDK's patents, their royalties speak volumes.

IMHO, the difficult investment decision for SNDK shareholders will occur when WS starts to get it and the stock moves sharply higher. If you subscribe to the commodity angle, you may want to sell into that rally. If you lean towards the presence of core patented technology for flash memory, that rally would only be the beginning.
