. I don't see any partial chad abortions while watching the TV. Well, of course not--- they're illegal- they are being carried out in backrooms with coathangers. The Chad Right to Life is a sticky one, depending as it does, on the definition of where chadness ends and votelife begins. I can see where we are headed for intensive litigation on this issue. How lucky we are that we can leave it in the capable hands of Harris and BUtterworth, Jesse, Baker, Christopher, and the many assisting media midwives. We can all sleep well. And now, I am off to do constructive things- like take all my money out of the market and put it under my mattress.
