Olu: As much as I appreciate technical analysis, there are times when it just does not dominate the markets motion. At this point, the market has pretty much priced in higher oil prices, slower economic growth (no recession), and some political uncertainty. Valuations in many places are still way too high, but the stage is clearly set for a reversal of fortune for many stocks. The Fed could turn the tide tomorrow by going to neutral. The politicians have all effectively neutered themselves -- which is good. And the economy is not likely to fall prey to higher oil prices barring war in the ME -- still a risk. Conclusion? Ignore the charts, its time to do a little buying. Good luck.
