I agree. I think they've been pulling the wool over the world's eyes with their "target pricing" mantra. The longer they can fool the West into thinking prices are coming down, the more they'll make and the more pricing power they'll retain. At ANY sign of oversupply, I think they'll cut production, and quickly.
