(ot) One should be especially wary since Goelo is a small area in France. So Francois Goelo might just be where Francois is from, not his real name. He may even have a passport or whatever that has that name on it, no big deal to get a second passport, especially for an offshore dwelling type that is constantly touting stocks that wind up being manipped by people of nefarious reputations that several times have been popped by the SEC.
