jill...out of qcom, rmbs, atml....rmbs is the high risk...the question that must be answered is "do they own the ip"....similar questions have been asked about qcom and atml....in fact legal challenges to ip are not usually mounted against one who doesn't have the rights to the ip.... just be cautious, and establish an exit plan...i don't think rmbs will have a parabolic rise, but all i care about is if it gets to 70 in a little over a year! good luck to you flygirl...
