I would just say that they are executing on their plans. Selling software and services to other businesses (B2B), which may not have happened as long as they were in the B2C biz. Multiple year deals means recurring revenue. Not disclosing the revenue tells me they have others to sell to, or they sold it cheap to get started. I am pleased that other companies are buying into it, rather than try and compete. That way they can focus on customer service instead of the backoffice technology.
