I do not understand the news anymore... what does it mean when they say they are going to apply 'hedonic counting' on the Floriada ballots now? I read they are going to factor the Bush voted up by 1.05. Is this because Rep voters are approx. 5% older than Dem voters and it was harder to go voting for them? Must be same like 'hedonic prices' which I also do not understand. Can somebody help me?
