Terrence, LOL! How can you call it manipulation when George Bush signed into law (and many other states) a bill that the manual recount is more accurate when used in conjunction with the machine. You Guys are so silly! If the machine is so accurate, why did the count change from the first count to the second machine count? Also, do you really disagreee with all the people in all the states, including Bush, that the human eye can detect things the machines cannot? LOL!
