Baker is one desperate man. He'll accept a manual recount until 5:00pm if Gore accepts. Yesterday, his case was thrown out, and today Sexy Harris' threat will be rejected.

They are having a hard time to get judges to hear these cases.....they are dropping like flies. I have a feeling that 5:00 is going to come around very soon.

Miami has changed their mind and going to go for a recount of 1% of 3 districts. I say not by 5.
