Now that I know human tabulation is far more accurate and reliable than any machine I propose all Social Security checks for the retirees in south Florida be processed manually. The increased accuracy of their checks would more than off set the inconvience of the three month delay in receiving them. Bless their hearts, still improving the system after all these years.
