Hey Little NICKY. To steal means to do something illegal. Explain to us what either candidate has done with regards to their maneuvers regarding the vote count that is illegal.

Where is Sr. Bush? He needs
to talk some sense to GWB.

Sr. Bush CREATED GW. He's bailed him out of every mess he's ever been in (and there have been many...I haven't been arrested three times, have you?!) and set him up in all kinds of positions, from getting him into college to grad school to the National Guard (he wasn't qualified on merit for any of those). Now he can't understand why he can't wiggle his way into the presidency too. In those old Revenge of the Nerds movies, GW was the arrogant frat boy who everyone loved to hate!:-)

"It seems BUSH has only one agenda: Steal the election and become PRESIDENT"

Now I think we have gone too far. I voted for Gore and am regretting it more and more as each day goes on. At this point I am not far from believing the demo's (not the republicans) will/are doing everything in their power to win. Period. Forget the country. Forget the market. Forget the issues going on overseas and the lack of stability this is causing both at home and abroad. Do we really want a group of people who don't care in the least about the country and only on continuing to stretch this thing out with count after count until they've 'won'? Nor would I blame the Bush camp from demanding recounts of their own if the demo's are allowed theirs. I say demo 'group' because Gore doesn't appear to make any decision on his own .. I am beginning to think I voted for Daley without knowing it...

Bush has 'won' this election TWICE now (two recounts). When will the counting end? More counting will only muddy the waters. NOT MAKE THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE MORE CLEAR. Time for Gore to move on. This is one voter that rapidly losing respect for the demo party.

Nick......Re .Conceded.......media ...ect
GWB's Cousin John Ellis is a media consultant at Fox News Channel....he played a key roll in the election night decision for Fox to Be the First in declaring GWB the winner......this lead to a stampede by All the other net works in declaring Geo the winner
The current issue of The New Yorker Mag says Ellis was on the phone tp Both Geo and Jeb Bush that evening sharing internal data from the network....
Ellis denies he Was the source of any improper leaks....but this disclosure is raising questions of propriety at Fox
.......
Seems a bit of misinformation can get a ball rolling.....

Perception is reality..... regardless of the facts. I believe that no amount of debate here will change many perceptions.

If a person is emotionally involved, they are likely to perceive any & all information in the most favorable light that improves the prospects of the entity they are emotionally attached to. They will endlessly justify clearly biased & slanted actions/information that favor the entity the are attached to. They will diminish any and all negative actions that could hurt the entity they are attached to.

Some people will intentionally mislead others in order to change their perceptions of that entity. Still others will lie, mislead & use any means necessary to improve the prospects or change perceptions of the entity they are emotionally attached to. Some will just bury their heads in the sand & silently root for their side.

I doubt a significant % of folks will be truly objective. It is human nature. BTW, keep in mind that the media has shown a propensity to be less than objective in their reporting too.

I'll say it again..... Perception is reality..... regardless of the facts. Once you can fully understand this, you will be able to see things quite differently than in the past.
