Vince: You are missing the point. We must follow the LAWS that the states have enacted. Many of you are introducing WAY too much emotion and subjective "common sense." While we may not always agree with the laws, the ones currently on the books must be followed. This is America. If the law says a manual recount can be requested by a candidate and if the county after a 1% count agrees to conduct a full count, then the law says it will. It is as simple as that! Nothing matters but the law. Why argue all this other "noise". It's pointless because the law overrides everything. Laws can be changed and more accurate voting equipment can and should be implemented, but for this election we need to work with the laws currently on the books.
