<What does this say about distribution of mistakes and errors?> It says they are clustered [although not exlusive to] Votamatic stylus punch machines and may be party neutral. <That officials in those counties see little to no reason or point in any kind of recount?> Although with a race that could be decided by 1 vote, this complacency may be misplaced... especially if these machines ARE placed in a party specific manner.
