My feeling is with all eyes on this court decision that the expectation is that the deadline will be upheld... therefore any upside is already built in and if the recounts are allowed we will go down fast and hard... I believe this is very low risk short territory here. I hope I'm not right as I am holding longs..

Factory 2 You... I was just in one last night. Low price's and good selection. They are a hit in my area. Last night I saw the 39.95 scooters. They have what the consumer wants and I am finding other stores trying to copy the business plan. I have not position, yet.
