Do not know what that means." Well Ted, it means the Judge interpreted the law the same way as the Secretary of State applied the law. The judge cannot change the law, his duty is to interpret the law. He had no choice except to deny the request. Anything else, he would be rewriting the law, which he has no authority, the Florida legislature make the laws. Notice again how the market spiked up when the ruling was announced? The carpetbaggers need to go home. Both teams. steve
