"A county circuit judge in Florida this afternoon agreed to uphold the deadline for certifying results of the state's presidential election. Leon County Circuit Judge Terry Lewis issued the ruling this afternoon on a lawsuit by Volusia and Palm Beach counties against Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris, who affirmed a 5 p.m. EST deadline today."
