Gore...what's worse, his men came out immediately after the election promising to back lawsuits. Knowing full well that they could create a skewed outcome if they got THEIR counties hand-counted while Republicans sat on their hands, they picked that unfair option.

Just disgusting, IMO. You can, in bias, presume what Bush would have done, but we KNOW what Gore has done.

Now, whereas Gore wanted to say "tough" to Bush for not asking for his own counties by the 72 hr deadline, Gore now wants to circumvent another deadline in order to ensure he gets his unfair lick in(oh yeah, he calls that a fair and complete total).

What, Gore said he wouldn't want to win by a few votes uncounted or misinterpreted? What? But he's been willing to win by creating a skewed count in his favor, and hasn't ever appeared to give a hoot if it WAS unfair. What a self-serving putz he's been here. If he thinks the rules are fair and tough, he ought to look at the rest of the rules the same way and back off.
