The markets seem to have shot up on the initial report of the decision only to back off some after the existence of some "wiggle" room was explained. It ain't over yet, folks, but it's gettin' there...--MK--

Nevertheless the overall direction is Up from the depths for techs. The market just wants certainty and frankly I either see Bush winning by Saturday or the Florida Supreme Court setting a new set of rules. Either way this should be over within a week and the market seems to know it. I'd buy techs into any dip. Maybe put in limit orders 2% under where it's at now.
