Rick, this is strange. The management discussion part of the 10-Q as carried by Yahoo Finance doesn't contain the info about the amount outstanding under the credit agreement.

Even stranger, the quarterly balance sheet shown on Market guide doesn't show the item under current liabilities (where a revolving credit facility should appear unless it has termed out, in which case it might be subsumed under the 8.1MM o/s under long term debt.)

Finally, only $5MM of the facility is available for working capital purposes. I wonder how much of that is used as opposed to what might be available under the acquisition facility. In other words, do they currently have access to w/c financing? It's not a particularly heavy balance sheet, but they don't have much cash.
