kvk, You're wrong and you now know it. Even you have to admit that if the states have built in manual recount laws in close elections, they did it precisely because they knew that the human eye makes up for the limitations of machines (i.e. machines cannot deal with bent cards or hanging chads)

Be a man and admit you are wrong.
