Donny, I believe they will simply say "there is growing evidence of a slowing economy and growing inflation is no longer our primary concern" and that they are leaving interest rates unchanged. Only they will use all 4 syllable words that nobody understands. . .so bring your dictionary.

There is no longer an official "bias". Rather there is a statement made by the Fed concerning interest rates. So they will not say the word "neutral". But by simply NOT saying the words, "ever vigilant towards watching for signs of inflation". . . I believe everyone will get the message as though they had.

Now this is a prediction. . . so they could stay "ever vigilant". . .which would not be so great for longs.
