KEY QUESTION (to which the Gore group won't say yes): if the Sec'y State were to accept the hnad-count results from the counties in question and Bush were the winner, would Gore then concede and take no further action in this election?

Without an answere of "yes" to the above question, why would the Secretary of State allow any additional counts to be recognized?

Pezz, thank you! Yes, Baker was deeply in error about that.
Counting all counties would not take any longer than 3 or 4 counties would. You are right, they all supply their own counters and can even bring in extras.
