They should file today, but keep counting until Friday if they want. I do not see that she has to allow it later, but who knows.

Robert, I assume all counties will turn in current counts before the 5pm deadline and then keep counting and then turn in the supplemental results when they feel they are accurately and completely done.

If it comes out in public that Gore is ahead IF the supplemental ballots were counted, I think public pressure will force the Sec. of State to count those votes.

She doesn't have to count them, but I think she will have to since that is the right thing to do. That's my opinion, you may disagree.
