Yes, I agree the votes should be counted accurately as possible. But there will always be a margin of error. Other Presidential candidates accepted their losses (whether due to fraud or narrow margins of defeat) gracefully, but not Al. Al is trying to appear like he wants every vote to "count" but he only wants recounts in the areas where he could possibly gain votes. If Al wins the Presidency and wants 100% accuracy in Presidential elections, then he should lobby Congress to change the Presidential election date to 1-2 years prior to the President-elect taking office so that the 10's of millions of votes cast can be recounted several times, and litigated in court.
