It's not impossible- just difficult. Didn't Pinnelas County do a hand count and finish? I believe that if Palm Beach County had proceeded to do a hand count immediately upon request (rather than beginning with a sampling of four precincts), they could have completed it by 5:00 PM today. It would have been a large effort, maybe requiring the volunteerism of many of the people we see picketing in the streets, but it could have been accomplished.
