Since US intelligence satellite technology can probably read the license plates on russian trucks from 15K miles up, why not just ask everyone in FL who wants Bush to stand outside and raise their hands when the satellite passes over at 11:30 tomorrow and then everyone who wants Gore to do the same at 1 pm. Send the film to Langley for the handcount. No chads. You either make it outside or not.
