Bush did request a recount in Palm Beach County, i.e., a machine recount. So if Bush can have a recount, why can't Gore?

Doesn't a candidate have a right to request a recount? Well, Gore has requested only one recount and, minimally, in four counties only as Florida law provided he could do. Why you folks criticizing Gore because he made a smart move?

Sounds like more supposition... If there were Dem votes to be had, Gore would've requested votes in all of the relevant counties (other than the four her did).
