Randy OT -- It has nothing to do with what is more accurate or what is fair. The counting that is going on will be completed -- that is the political reality. No new counting can be started -- that is the political reality. Then it comes down to two numbers -- a # of votes for Gore and a # of votes for Bush. By next Monday these numbers will exist. That is the political reality. The winner is not important -- it is a contest between two losers now -- they both lost, but one of them will get to live in the White House and very little will come of it. The market can live with that. Now lets see what wiley old Al Greenspan has up his sleeve tomorrow.
