Thank you very much for that story Cliff, which has raised my level of respect for Jim Crowe even more, while my thoughts about Gilder are definitely turning negative as I type..... Asking a CEO to pay for his own appearance at one of Gilder's events? That stinks to the high heavens! Yogi
