Those 19,000 votes are considered spoiled ballots and won't be counted, unless a court rules in favor of one of the voters who filed a lawsuit. Gore is seeking the chad votes, votes which have yet been counted. What's wrong with this?

Guesses not facts.....just as I thought. The judge states: "The secretary of state may ignore such late-filed returns but may not do so arbitrarily, rather only by the proper exercise of discretion after consideration of all appropriate facts and circumstances."

Harris woman is on the hot seat.......she's a loser either way. poor soul. i'm sure when she took the job it wouldn't come down to personally handpicking the president!
