Analog Devices Announces Share Repurchase Program
NORWOOD, Mass., Nov 14, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Analog Devices (NYSE: ADI chart, msgs) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the Company to repurchase up to 15 million shares of its common stock. The timing and amount of shares repurchased will be determined by Analog's management based on its evaluation of market and economic conditions. The Company currently has approximately 356 million shares of common stock outstanding.
