You know the Clinton's have stayed quiet for that one reason, except for Hillary's declaration that she'll submit legislation to abolish the Electorial College. She probably is well aware that it takes 3/4 of the states to ratify. I bet she acts quickly to demagogue this to push it through before 2004. Fortunately flyover country is smarter than the "smartests woman in the world(bwahahahaha)" believes.
