Now is the fact that they were delayed by the Sec. of State (who erroneously) told them it was illegal) from doing this a good enough reason to add any extra votes at the end of the count? How will the Sec. of State rule?

The father loses ownership of his sperm when he inserts them in the woman's body. Does he lose responsibility too? Should he have to pay child support if he has no part in the decisions? Does he get visitation rights, rights to name the baby? anything? TP
