Gore has pulled ahead in Florida........waiting on absentee votes and we should have certification by the weekend. Secretary of State has the right to throw out the hand recounts that would come in after 5:00 today, if she so decides.....sending the Dem back to court.

Does anyone have a link to the FL Circuit Court judge's actual opinion? I'd like to read it myself, instead of relying on David Boies's or anyone else's spin.

Curiously, I can't seem to find the opinion on a major media site.
