Chisy, this market wanted to rally right after the election but it wasn't in the cards as historical events took on a life of its own.

Market now smells Bush victory and finality in this great American constitutional process.

As they say, better late than never (for a rally). Rydex capitulation numbers sealed it for me. Too bad I can't see the numbers until after the market closes. Maybe I should start playing the futures market instead of rydex mutual funds to go long ar short indices as it is more fluid to immediate decisionmaking the next morning instead of waiting for a close like today to get long... At least stocks and options are the great equalizer.
