Tom's hardware article about Mustank demise:

Although the Mustang is no more, its little brother, the Palomino, lives on and will be released early next year. The Palomino is essentially a Mustang without the larger, server oriented L2 cache schemes.

I saw some derision about the big cache 700 MHz Xeon being "stuck at" 700 MHz on one of the threads yesterday. Looks like AMD can't build a big cache CPU chip at any clock speed.
