Looks like we won the "what is the definition of a hole" battle.

Lost the battle of what does "Shall" mean ( anything a democrat judge says it means ).

Now on to the battle of what do discretion" and "arbitrary" mean.

All because Gore doesn't know what the words "you lose" mean.
