Question: If there isn't infighting in the democratic party, why did Nader do as well as he did (campaigning on many of Al Gore's issues)?

TIA

So you don`t have a problem with GORE supporting killing the unborn?

As long as it keeps the democrates unfragminted?

The unborn dead would be the sacrifice on the alter of the party? They must die so the party can win? Interesting.

BTW I`m not a republican. I could care less about either party.

They haven't failed. They have enacted almost all the items of the Contract with America they campaigned on in 94. That was the first time they controlled both houses since the 50's. I'd say they did pretty well. They are intelligent enough to disagree on singular issues but come together to get business done.knc
