The crucial point concerning any IL is that you should NEVER buy a stock over an IL. The 2ndary point is...just because an IL has been established...there's NO reason to expect a stock to actually go there.
So TJX had an ACT. So it also had an IL. The algorithm does NOT call for any position unless the IL is broken to the upside. You can't force a position on a non-event. You can speculate based on the price activity as it conforms in a preliminary manner BUT you can't attach any solid expectations until definite conditions are met.
See??? Now you've caused even MORE confusion...lol ;-)
Don't force IL/ACT/RR expectations into your trade expectations...allow the algorithm to complete pivotal phases before planning and entering a trade based on it.
