I'm using it to help keep that little voice in my head from screaming "BUY, BUY, BUY!!!" as the market gets higher and higher.

I took a little bit of profit off the table today.
I want to have reserves for when the market retests these new lows.

Each day the market goes up big, I'll take a little more off the table.

It's the only way I can take advantage of these dips.

I'm looking forward to a rally whenever this election stuff becomes finalized.
However, I'm not sure how far it will take us back up.

This year the market hasn't done anything that we expected.
Up is down and left is right.
Baffles the heck out of me.
The main thing for me is to have cash on the side to take advantage of these dips.
It has consistently been on the recovery of these dips where I have made the most money.

This election certainly caught me off guard being fully invested, but luckily I got out of some of my positions before we got close to Naz 3,000.
I put them back into use yesterday after we began to recover.

Now I will proceed with caution.
It's possible that today was merely a technical bounce aided by Abby Jo.
We may shift gears back into uncertainty.
I sure can't wait for those oversea votes to be counted.
