It now appears that Mr. Bush is attempting to hurry things along. He's just gone straight to the Fla. supreme court.

Volusia Co.(Daytona Beach) has put Gore over in a surprise total turned in on time.

Have to wonder what standards they used there for the chads...did they accept pregnant chads? Anyone?

I saw the slycat grin on the face of the Gal from Volusia Co. as she stated "Republicans might not like it, but..."

Earlier, I saw one Steven Ohlfalter??SP?? speaking about the Secertary of States dilemna...the Judge, he said, has done the unusual...given her Discretion! He claims her job normally doesn't involve that, as is generally true in practice for so many State positions like that. BS, I say. Steven O. was very very concerned for her...saying she'd have to, by the Judges decision, make individual judgements about the hand-count processes in each submission as they arrive late.

I think he's losing it and off base, but he's the man, time will tell.
