BEA and BroadVision Form Strategic Alliance to Deliver Next-Generation e-Business Solutions
BroadVision® E-business Application Platform to Embed BEA WebLogic Server - Companies to Engage in Marketing and Engineering Initiatives

beasys.com

This I think is a remarkable achievement from BEAS. Broadvision is a popular e-business app provider and if they start embedding Weblogic in their platform, BEAS will get into many more indirect sales.

Another player like Broadvision, but in B2B, is Ariba. They already use Weblogic.

Ariba, Broadvision or any other e-business company use Oracle for their database. That is an indisputable element of their solution. A similar trend is setting in the App Server market as well -- good for BEAS.

Great move.
