That's what I thought, but there is a pretty good debate, on both sides, if the EC vote can stand on a majority, without all states participating. I think that at least that decision would go to the Supreme's ("Stop... in the name of love"). I think sooner than later there will be a several numbers from Florida, and the S.C. will decide which is official.
