Butterworth also declined any authority in a similar situation a few years back, citing that the Secretary of State and the Elections Commission had the authority over elections. -NBC News

That is so true.

It is clear the Secretary of State Harris intends to follow the law, no matter how savage the Dem Corruption team's assault.

I believe that means tonight's totals will probably stand as the various Dem counties will probably not meet the established legal threshold for holding hand recounts and consequently for extending the deadline. They haven't so far.
