Graviton names Trujillo CEO

NEW YORK, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Graviton Inc., a privately held company that makes wireless sensor networks for machines to communicate with each other, on Wednesday said Solomon Trujillo had been named chairman, president and chief executive.

Trujillo was formerly chairman and chief executive of telecommunications company US West, which recently merged with Qwest Communications International (NYSE:Q - news).

La Jolla, Calif.-based Graviton, a start-up, said it is backed by Siemens, Sun Microsystems, Qualcomm and the venture capital arm of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, In-Q-Tel.
