24 counties in Florida have adopted this system......if you want to figure out if Bush is going to win the election figure out how many votes were counted in all the counties listed here that are hole punch method and the current split between bush and gore....assuming that Dems and Republicans miss punched votes at same rate you could get a good idea who is going to win...this assumes that ultimately all counties are recounted which I suspect may happen......the only unaccountable issue here is it is in my opinion likely more dems made mistakes than republicans so dems may need to get normalized 10% up.. election.dos.state.fl.us
