Jill, Kathrine Harris certified the election results. Bush has a 299 point lead. She also said 3 counties may be contemplating a recount. Harris is requiring a written stmt form these counties establishing why they want a recount by 2 pm tomorrow.

She basically certified that Bush is ahead and if those 3 counties STILL want a recount they have to give her reasons why in writing. She is unafraid of other's comments, love it.
