I have a difficult time predicting what someone is going to say. [Unless it's a left or right wing lawyer, then it's easy]. But an observation about the last couple of days trading in equities. I've noticed that despite downgrades or warnings, and there have been more than a few, the share price absorbs the news. So I think there is reason to be positive wrt the CC. [IMO, in the ballpark earnings don't matter, it's the conference call].

I'm expecting the morning to be quiet; waiting for the Fed, just in case the Fed surprises, which they don't ever do. It's a silly ritual, but it has to be done.

Doug, >AMAT Reports earnings tomorrow @ 1:30 PST
Have they always reported earnings during the day?

That's half an hour after the market closes.
Yep, normal procedure.
